Managers at Protiviti are very accessible and will always provide help, especially if they are your manager during an engagement. Each employee receives a career adviser, who is a senior employee who is the go-to for all things career related during your time at Protiviti. Career advisers are also an employees spokes person when it comes to things like promotions

They are very understanding and explain what they require from you. Want work life balance and respect boundaries

Management is amazing within the company, there is no shortage of positive and constructive criticism. At no point is there any blame on Jnr or inexperienced staff.

I have had a very positive experience with all the managers and above that I have worked with here. I've learnt a lot from a couple of key people.

Managers are really supportive and approachable. Feedback is structured through an online system which allows you to request formal feedback on projects. Good work is recognised in internal meetings regularly.

There are some managers who are fantastic mentors and regularly give praise and constructive feedback. However, most managers seem to be predominantly concerned with getting the work done at any cost. Resultantly, they are not always easily accessible and don't generally act as mentors. There are also people in upper management who appear to lack both the technical and people management knowledge/skills required to be in their positions.

Regular engagement checkins to discuss both the project and your own individual goals and expectations. Transparent communication is emphasised within the workplace culture

The majority of people at manager level are young. A few are still learning the skills to manage people. Some I have seen be phenomenal leaders and I look forward to the opportunity to work with them.

Well documented, and feedback is clear through an online portal. All managers are different, but across all the projects I have been on, they have all been positive and supportive.

Managers are always available and are great mentors. They are open to answering questions and expanding on concepts they have learned. They provide regular feedback and updates on the work done and play a key role in providing praise/recognition as part of the semi annual feedback process.
