Please tell us about promotion possibilities and fill us in on what it takes to move up the ranks.
As grads, we are assigned mentors that we get to choose depending on where we want to progress in our career, and I have chosen project management. My mentor is in the project management sector in a different state and she is there for advice on how I can work towards my goals of getting into project management. She is also there to let me know of future opportunities possible in different states. This way graduates get to have that external exposure.

At this stage I am unsure what the promotion prospects look like after the graduate program, though I am aware of past graduates taking seemingly interesting international opportunities.

I just started my graduate program and I already am assigned Project Engineering responsibilities alongside my structural engineering work, which is fantastic.
