There is a program called the graduate development program curated by the Worley team for our progression as a graduate. There are so many resources regarding the program that is available for us to use. In the program we are expected to acquire selected skills and attributes by the time we finish our graduate program.

The company has frequent information giving sessions, from the management changes, to technical information such as how others do their work in their department. They also have the Graduate Development Programme in which a mentor will be assigned and there's a framework for you to follow to build up your workforce capability.
