I really enjoy problem solving and finding unique and innovative solutions for complex problems. I love telling people about the diverse and unique projects I get to work on. 

I have learned about the immense breadth and scale of KiwiRail and its contribution to New Zealand and how ‘small’ initiatives can have an extensive impact.

I think a vast array of people can do project management. I think what you need to thrive in it is communication and people skills. Those are the most important. Having other administration skills and computer skills is helpful. The technical skills you can always learn, but having the right attitude and soft skills is really important.

I love my job because of the awesome workplace culture and strong support system that has been built up around me. Deloitte people care about one another from a work life and personal perspective
