When I look back on engagements that I’ve been part of, the highlight has been working with brilliant people!

My responsibility at the college is to effectively deliver the Year One Curriculum in a way that considers the whole child.

I get provided with training in a range of disciplines within different safety areas. 

My job tests me in all the right ways. Technically and personally which overall will grow me as a professional. My daily tasks require me to problem-solve and adapt to the situation at hand to ensure that my productivity is sufficient.

I especially enjoy being able to work or test on assets that work 24/7 to power the lives of our community.

The beauty of my role is that much of the work I undertake is data and research-driven.

Chevron are big on self-development, so I am constantly learning and devote 20% of my time each week on upskilling.
