Enosis Solutions started as an offshore software engineering and consultancy company in 2003. The company’s primary services comprise desktop, mobile and website applications. Mobile and web app developers, software quality assurance (QA) and testing engineers account for most employees at Enosis.

The recruitment process

You can apply online, through an employee referral or campus job fairs. Most applicants for software engineering roles described Enosis’ pre-employment written test as relatively easy. The exam contains basic algorithm, programming and testing questions. The company will conduct an interview after you pass the written and coding tests.

Enosis can hire an applicant after a few days or four weeks on average. Most of the interview questions will focus on technical concepts including vector-tree related problems, aligning strings in a certain direction (eg right to left), and array-based topics.

Career prospects

Enosis encourages fresh graduates to apply as a software QA engineer or software engineer. You should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering to be considered for the role. Some of the must-have skills are the following: knowledge on C/C++, C#, Java, PHP, Python, SQL, Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse and Netbeans.
