Some of my projects have involved doing deep dives into how particular machines are performing – by observing operations and analysing production data to find potential improvements. I’ve been working on tools that make it easier to visualise how the site, and individual machines, are performing. My favourite part of the graduate program so far has been gaining an understanding of how different parts of the business interact. This has helped me develop an understanding of the whole of Visy as a larger process and how the systems I work with on a daily basis form a small part of that larger whole.
