Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

We have a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) which affirms the role our organisation plays in working towards reconciliation. Our current goal is to continue to build internal awareness of the journey of reconciliation and promote reconciliation through our sphere of influence as such our RAP plays an important role in creating an inclusive and diverse workforce. Within the first twelve months of launching our RAP we partnered with Arilla Indigenous Consulting in First Nation cultural awareness training for all staff alongside forming procurement partnership with First Nation businesses.

Additionally, we have partnered with local elders within the community to speak at Protiviti events via storytelling session to share insights into First Nation peoples history and direct.
