There is definitely great diversity

Very painted on. It lacks upper management involvement or allocation of resources. If I wanted a DEI group to go well I would have to dedicate outside hours to it. But then if I am not involved in DEI activities I do not get a bonus...

I think Protiviti does a good job in supporting and providing awareness.

Within Australia, the senior leadership is very diverse. Parental leave is generous and well supported.

We appear to invest a lot of time/energy into this, but I really question what difference this is making. For example, providing female health care products in our office bathrooms. A more constructive approach would be to provide female health care products to women who cannot afford to buy them. The tone from upper management is that these initiatives are very much secondary to completing work and that activities should take place outside of work hours.

I can't see anyone who has returned to the company after going on parental leave.

Many DEI clubs and inclusive culture

materninty leave is now parental leave. I am under the impression it is an advanced diversity policy.

Engagement groups specific to Multiculturalism, Growth and Retention of Women in the Workpalce, the LGBTIQA+ community. Strong parental leave policy.

A lot of work currently happening in the diversity, equity and inclusion networks and there is a lot of encouragement for people to get involved however they can
Manager, Melbourne
There are many inclusion and diversity initiatives across the company.

There are many cultures at work and a relatively good mix of men and women. There are people apart of the LGBTIQA+ community and there is a work DEI group activity engaged in this area. I do think that the LGBTIQA+ Group should not involve issues or funding regarding children. It's one thing to support the workplace and it's another to get involved in children's as they are not work related and for many including myself cross a line. I also don't believe it is works place to tell us how to vote. The reconciliation group did not give an equal representation for the Yes and No Vote. This is again crossing the line. Employees should not be encouraged to vote any way by their employer.

So many DEI groups that are incredibly supportive, its amazing. These groups are on an office, national and global scale

I feel like no one has been discriminated against. People are hired due to their skills and experience.

respectful and diverse. not my place to comment on as i am a man. however i do find it funny how we make our commitment to indigenous communities through our RAP, but one of our biggest clients is BHP who is destroying and taking their sacred places.
Graduate, Canberra
Firm is very diverse as they aim for atleast 40% women in director roles. They have a DEI community and RAP which shows Protiviti supports members of ethnic minorities and LGBTIQA+ communities.
Graduate, Sydney
There is a good mix of women and males plus good ethnic minorities too
